You are an important member of our community, and your insight is crucial to shaping the future growth of Southern Indiana!
The Southern Indiana Housing Resilience Initiative, led by the Southern Indiana Development Commission in partnership with Radius Indiana and Regional Opportunities Initiative, aims to build the skills of local aspiring small-scale real estate developers to increase residential development and commercial activity in Daviess, Greene, Lawrence, Martin, and Sullivan Counties.
These regional stakeholder meetings will connect with public officials, government agencies, small business owners, neighborhood advocates, real estate professionals, civic groups, and others to gather feedback on potential for housing development and identify prospective small-scale developer candidates to participate in the upcoming training workshops.
