Cultivating Neighborhoods & the Small Scale Development Movement

Do you want to learn more about how you can become a small real estate developer for a project in your neighborhood?  Are you an advocate or local leader looking to encourage better buildings in your community?

Details

This effort is funded through LISC’s Emerging Developers Growth Initiative. Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC) connects local organizations across America with the capital and technical know-how to help build inclusive, resilient communities of opportunity.

LISC launched the Emerging Develop Growth Initiative to expand opportunities for emerging developers, for-profit and nonprofit, through the creation of new affordable housing using missing middle housing concepts, design/zoning supports, and financing. By infusing capital and lowering barriers, LISC can position more emerging developers to build their balance sheets, compete in the affordable housing sphere, and create more affordable housing in disinvested neighborhoods.

Join us for a free lecture by IncDev Faculty Bruzenskey Bois! Networking and refreshments available preceding the lecture from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
